What to expect during a session
Whether online or in person, each session is a dedicated space of listening, presence,
and inner exploration, completely focused
on you.
We begin with a welcoming moment where you can share what you’re experiencing, what’s on your mind, or the intentions you wish to set. From there, I tailor the approach to your current needs—this might include somatic work, guided visualizations, reflective dialogue, or exploring emotions, beliefs,
and deeper memories using
eye movement techniques.
The space is always compassionate, non-judgmental, and respectful of your unique pace. Each session concludes with a time for integration, where we reflect on what you’ve explored, anchor new insights, and discuss ways to continue your journey between sessions if you wish.
You’ll leave with greater clarity, calm, and awareness—often with practical tools and ideas to keep moving forward.
