“What you seek is seeking you.” - Rumi
My approach is based on the principle that we are multi-dimensional beings composed of many aspects - including body, mind and spirit - and that each one impacts the others. In my sessions, I work with all these aspects as they offer different gateways to connecting with our subconscious minds, beliefs and patterns.
Specifically tailored to each individual, my approach focuses on the understanding and transformation of emotional, mental, energetic, and physical suffering. The main modalities I use in my sessions are:
Using the body as a tool and a vehicle for awareness will help you get to the source or the underlying causes of your recurring issues, challenges, and/or physical ailments. It will help you understand, improve and transform yourself and the symptoms you may be experiencing, and allow you to restore balance and harmony in your body, mind, and your life.
The aim is to allow you to shed the thoughts and beliefs that are creating pain in your life and standing in the way of your goals and happiness. What this means is that we may identify patterns and habits that will require some self-reflection in order to release the hold that they have on you.
To get the most out of this approach, a strong foundation of personal responsibility and a willingness to change is paramount. On your healing journey, you will be called to be courageous and to confront what you may have been afraid to confront alone. To feel all of what you have not wanted to feel. Release all the hurt that you have not wanted to let go of.
If you have the will to dive deeply with me, there are no conditions that we cannot find the power within you to heal.
Of all the human sciences, Kinesiology is undoubtedly the most fascinating therapy, as it combines different knowledge such as psychology, traditional Chinese medicine, biology, nutrition and so on.
This alternative medicine accelerates the process of emotional release. Kinesiology is based on the principle that the body has an innate intelligence and it sends us messages to express our inner imbalances. Using muscle testing, the holistic kinesiologist determines whether a problem is physical, emotional, mental or energetic and identifies the triggering event. This technique makes it possible to gather important information about the cause and origin of physical symptoms, behaviour, mental beliefs and much more.
We all have energy circulating in our bodies. The kinesiologist's job is to access it while allowing the patient to become aware of the true causes of the problem being worked on. In fact, the person already holds the solution within but does not always have conscious access to it. The human being is multidimensional, it is important to understand its complexity. Holistic Kinesiology allows us to go directly where it is necessary and gives us access to the unconscious, which holds the answers and the sum of our experiences.
In summary, this method consists in establishing a direct dialogue with the body, through muscle testing, to obtain answers to our questions. It was Dr. George Goodheart who introduced the technique of kinesiology in the 60s and made the connection between the muscles and the cellular memory of the human body. It was he who discovered that a person's muscle tone decreases when something disturbs them or when there is an energetic imbalance or emotional stress.
For his part, Dr. Edward D. Wagner listed the medical data relating to all the possible interactions on all the different dimensions of the human being in the 90s. He also improved the basic "muscle test". It can now be performed directly on the kinesiologist's fingers, making it more reliable and allowing remote sessions.
Although few therapists have had access to these teachings, the principle of kinesiology remains unchanged: The body, just like our subconscious, records everything and never lies.
When a person feels cornered while facing difficulties in life, it is much more the idea that they have of it that disturbs them than the problem itself. This technique makes it possible to highlight the inner dialogue and experience of the person around the issue. The direct impact is that the individual regains his ability to make decisions, from which he felt cut off before.
The interest of kinesiology is to decode the language of the body and to transmit its message to the client. For people who are used to analyzing, comparing and interpreting reality too much, this method is a gift, because it allows them to stop running around in circles and torturing themselves with questions without ever finding satisfactory answers.
Any physical, psychological, mental, nervous or energetic symptom will find an answer with holistic kinesiology. It is a great tool for personal development and growth, that sheds light on unconscious elements, putting an end to unwanted repetitive patterns, and opening the possibility of full awareness.

When reflections become too intrusive and words no longer help us, Holistic Kinesiology reveals to us all the data from which we have unconsciously shut ourselves off.
A session usually lasts 1h30. At the beginning of the session, we start with an informal conversation to shed light on the reasons that led you to seek support. Initially, the root cause may not necessarily be known and the expression of what is causing discomfort may suffice. Through open communication, we will refine the goals of the session. Once established, the body and its language take over, revealing all that needs to be made conscious in relation to the initial problem. It is also the body that determines which corrective techniques to use.
Kinesiology does not replace the assistance of a doctor or psychologist.
We all have different ways of dealing with traumatic memories in our lives. Sometimes, we can easily hide them from our consciousness while feeling incomprehensible background stress. These memories then find a way to express themselves differently, through certain difficulties in living, feeling, or interpreting reality: they resurface in the form of dialogues that pollute our minds.
After a traumatic event, emotions can remain active and stuck in the nervous system, and the event is constantly relived as if it was still happening in the present moment. If you think you are suffering from this phenomenon, IEMT will be beneficial as it allows you to unblock the emotions and gives the brain the opportunity to file each piece of information in the right place so that the experience is properly integrated and the trauma becomes a thing of the past.
IEMT stands for Integral Eye Movement Therapy.
The principle of EMT, or Eye Movement Therapy, is based on a technique that consists of stimulating the central nervous system. The objective is to reprogram the brain to regain its plasticity by alternating bilateral eye stimulations in order to desensitize traumas.
By revisiting an identified initial trauma, EMDR "decongests" these disconnected areas of the brain related to post-traumatic memories or painful memories, while IEMT retraces the patterns generated by an unknown trauma that resonate, most often unconsciously, in a person's life, in the form of unwanted inner dialogue and inappropriate emotions, feelings or behaviors.
In summary, while EMDR forces us to relive a traumatic experience, IEMT therapy spares us this experience, whose effects are not always pleasant.
We are constantly interacting with different parts of ourselves, and it is the role of general psychology to study the ways in which these inner archetypes are harmonized.
Some dialogues are highly beneficial in terms of our general development or spiritual advancement, while others can be harmful. Even if some of them invite us to reconsider a position, a belief, or a lifestyle that no longer serves us, they can still become paralyzing, preventing us from expressing our full potential or even cutting us off from the world or ourselves.
EMDR is a method of choice for people who have post-traumatic stress disorder and who have difficulty "recovering" from a painful event. IEMT therapy, on the other hand, goes much further by focusing on the different wounds of the soul, defense mechanisms, and unconscious patterns.
EMDR and IEMT have different but complementary objectives.
In EMDR therapy, the session is usually based on eye movements while the patient reconnects to the traumatic event through thoughts.
IEMT goes further and uses eye movement to release the emotional burden of past experiences, allowing the individual to learn life lessons from them and gain a different perspective.
IEMT is a powerful way to help the healing process and recovery of the patient. Indeed, it allows access to the automatic thoughts and emotional patterns that may be at the origin of the difficulties. The objective is to defuse these patterns by modifying them or changing the person's perception of the situation.
EMDR helps to take stock of the traumatic event and to step back from it in order to get the best out of it for the person. IEMT, on the other hand, allows one to take stock of a past experience in order to learn from it and integrate it into one's daily life.
The results obtained by these techniques are quick and efficient. The process of an IEMT session is simple, and it generally takes between 2 and 8 appointments to see results. The sessions are highly individualized and last from 1h to 1h30. EMDR and IEMT can be used to resolve sleep disorders, depression, and phobias, in addition to medical treatment if necessary.
A typical IEMT session always begins with a discussion to assess the difficulties you are experiencing. This allows us to work together in determining the goals of the therapy. Once the goals have been set, you are invited to settle in and assume a position that allows you to be as comfortable as possible.
The appointment continues with the application of eye movements. These eye movements activate the areas of the brain responsible for traumatic memories and stimulate them bilaterally. The sessions end with a conversation to answer any questions you may have, to determine the number of sessions needed to reach your goals, or if your problem is better suited to holistic kinesiology, coaching, or “Byron Katie's "The Work.”
This modality can be used to free oneself from phobias, relieve sleep disorders, get rid of painful recurrences, repetitive patterns or difficult memories, free oneself from limiting beliefs, overcome anxiety and depression, get rid of over-reactivity, transform a traumatic memory, and find the path to appeasement.
You are probably on this page because a part of you is operating in a way that no longer suits you. Your life experience has shown you that this once beneficial pattern has become detrimental. You may have the feeling that you have experienced a traumatic event without remembering it, or you may be well aware of the origin of your traumas.
If you are ready to discover and reveal your ability to express your thoughts, feelings and sensations, if you are ready to take responsibility for your self-healing, if you have decided that it is time to get rid of the burden of your past, if you think it is time to do THE work of your life, then IEMT is for you.
"A thought is harmless unless we believe it. It’s not our thoughts, but the attachment to our thoughts, that causes suffering.” Byron Katie
How many of the thousand misfortunes we have imagined have actually occurred? This is how one could summarise this quote from Byron Kathleen Mitchell, her real name.
The Work offers a simple and effective method of introspection that allows us to put an end to the mental confusion that creates unnecessary suffering and separates us from the truth inscribed in the reality of a situation that is happening in the here and now, in the magic of the moment.
What if we took the time to question our thoughts? Wouldn't be a good idea to pause and clarify the inner dialogues that create so much disorder and turmoil in the world and within ourselves? What if we stopped identifying with our thoughts for a moment? What would happen then? Through this process, I invite you to take a comprehensive and benevolent look at the inner dialogues that pollute your daily life.
To stop suffering unnecessarily. To free yourself from the mind by using it wisely. To stop harmful inner dialogues. To live the magic of the present moment!
The Work can bring about many changes in your life and offers you the opportunity to create:
This method can be used whenever a negative emotion arises that causes suffering and is in conflict with what we want to experience: Frustration, anxiety, shame, fear, stress, anger... and whatever the issue is: relationships in the broadest sense, love, work, money, illness, death and more.
Every emotion is a message circulating in our nervous system. It invites us to begin the process of identifying what is real in us and what is against it. To take a look at what is causing our inner dialogues and suffering. By writing down what is going on in our minds, subjecting it to the four questions, and doing the turnarounds, everyone can find within themselves the answers that are consistent with their truth.
"Byron Katie's work is a great blessing to our planet." Eckhart Tolle
This practise is a skill that we can apply to all of our life experiences. It is not tied to any pre-established belief or dogma.
The Work can be practiced alone, but it is more beneficial to be guided through the process, especially as you learn to apply it. I will guide you until you feel comfortable and can do it on your own armed with a solid foundation of the method and practice.
It is an invitation to introspection and meditation as you search for your truth, which unfolds from session to session. The first step is to identify a situation in which you have felt hurt, stressed, sad, frustrated, disappointed, or angry, and to observe the story that plays out in your mind when you are confronted with these feelings.
Our mind is constantly judging. When it's not haunting us, it's taking care of our relationships, our environment, and the situations life throws at us. The point is not to condemn it by suppressing its thoughts, but to use its abilities to come to self-knowledge ... the truth that we all carry within us.
When the mind expresses itself through your pen and comes to life on a piece of paper, the people around you become powerful reflectors pointing to what has not yet been understood or made conscious within you.
In short, it's not about changing your thoughts but allowing you to choose them among other options by allowing your emotional intelligence, the intelligence of your heart, to grow within you. Putting The Work into practice, in a sincere approach that is completely in tune with your individuality, will reveal the truth that is necessary to lead you to a new awareness that is more complete, sensitive and free to feel in the way that suits you best.
Holistic coaching is not a new practice. Although it emerged in the United States in the 1980s, drawing inspiration from the work of Dr. Carl Rogers, Gestalt therapy and Transactional Analysis, it has since spread widely. The vocation of this technique is to hatch in you the spark of light which, while developing, will shine a light on all your potential and will reveal the best version of yourself. This method draws on all aspects of your Being: soul, body, heart and spirit and offers a unique, complete, spiritual and emotional, deeply human transformational process.
Holistic coaching is personalized support, which aims to help you move towards your life goals, through personal development and the improvement of your performance. It is an in-depth work that takes into account all the interactions and links of your modes of operation, whether it is about your education, your beliefs, your system, etc... In short, as a holistic coach, my follow-up applies to restoring your joy and your personal power in all dimensions of your life through a process of human and inclusive transformation. The techniques used are numerous and are based on kinesiology, NLP, hypnosis, the inner child and many others...
The spiritual dimension
The spiritual dimension is the very structure on which your whole personality is based. It is the basis of your Being. It is the foundation of everything you are and everything you do. To be more precise, it brings together all of what characterizes you in your depth: your values, your needs and your beliefs. It is not a question here of adhering to anything that would not correspond to you but of giving them full life, by making your uniqueness the basis of your personal development. The ultimate goal of this dimension is harmony and balance between the inner pillar that you are and the outer pillar of everything around you, your system, your surroundings and what you desire to experience. It is the powerful transformational energy that restores meaning to your existence.
The physical dimension
It is the space in which your action takes place, whether professional or personal. Your body is the faithful mirror of your interiority. Understanding its language is fundamental to achieving your full development. A healthy body is structured and balanced in the functioning of all of its systems, whether nervous, endocrine, reproductive or even digestive... pain and other physical symptoms are powerful messages that should be taken into account. account and respect. Our body is the essential support for our actions in the world, in our relationships and in the image we have of ourselves.
The psychological dimension
The psychological dimension takes into account both the intellectual and the emotional part of the Being. If the first brings together the analytical instruments that allow us to anchor our actions in reality (both personal and professional), the second, bringing together our emotions, colors our relationship to the world, to others and to ourselves. It is in the natural alchemy of these 2 intelligences, innate and acquirable, that we achieve deep and lasting well-being, in full awareness of our faculties and our emotions. It is through them that we deepen our emotional intelligence, necessary for our proper understanding of ourselves (modes of operation, automatisms of thought, mental beliefs, etc.) and of everything around us.
The social dimension
It represents all the interactions that can influence us. It is the fluctuating interactional sphere in which we can find inspiration and expression of our talents. It is the unified whole of our relational circle, our environment and our daily activities, both personal and professional. It is a unity that allows us to measure our conformity to our deep nature. Are we fully honest with ourselves? Authentic? Integrate? Aware? Are we in our right place? This dimension is the playground in which our uniqueness unfolds, where our individuality, our know-how and our interpersonal skills are expressed.
A dissonance in one of these 4 dimensions is the cause of our difficulties in achieving some of our goals or a breach of our well-being, our joy and our fulfillment. Holistic coaching makes it possible to reunite, in a harmonious whole, all of these dimensions in order to find in oneself the fundamental unity of our Being.
